We offer a wide variety of group classes such as yoga, kick boxing, muscle pump, step classes and more!  We are now featuring ZumbaŽ which fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZumbaŽ! 

Zumba classes are open to members and to the public call 652-7490 for pricing and times!  We are also offering a free class with every Zumba holiday punch card.  These make great gifts for your family and friends call or stop by the gym for information.
